Vleesbaai

Vlees Baai has a quaint beach shop stocked with household items and holiday essentials.

Boggoms Bay

Boggoms Bay is close to the Arbeidloon camp and stretches from Vleesbaai and Danabaai.

Shopping Malls

Mossel Bay Mall and Langeberg Mall are both located roughly 20 – 25 km from the camp.

Whale Watching

The route from Vleesbaai to Danabaai is a breading ground for whales, which can be spotted from July to November.

World-class Angling

Angling spots abound including Fransmanshoek, Gouritzmond and Boggoms Bay, which is close to the campsite.

Wine Tasting

The garden Route features a wide variety of premium wine tasting experiences at Jakkalsvlei in Herbertsdale, Bo Plaas in Kleinbrak, and ReedValley (Barn Theater).

The Garden Route Lodge and Bottelierskop Lodge are two exceptional Game Farms around ±25km from our campsite.

Gouritzmond is 25km away from base camp and offers a bevy of fine restaurants, attractions, and shops.

Dragon Dunes Vleesbaai
